Space and shared resources
Orbital stewardship, incentives, and questions of governance in emerging domains.
About Maxime
Every system starts as someone’s idea. I am interested in the ideas and institutions that help people live well together as our capabilities grow.
I’m Maxime Kadri, Founder & CEO of Celestia Dynamics. I develop ideas and work with teams on challenges where strategy, governance, and long-term responsibility meet.
My publicly documented work currently focuses on the orbital environment. With Anna Shishkina, I co-authored a paper proposing Space Debris Credits, presented at the 12th Annual Space Traffic Conference at UT Austin in February 2026.
I am also curious about how emerging technologies, finance, and education could support more accountable and widely shared progress. These are areas of inquiry, not claims of established expertise.
On this site, I want ideas to be approachable. A good explanation should help someone understand what problem an idea addresses, how it might work, what it could get wrong, and what remains to be learned.
